• Cancellation 7+ days before course: 90% refund
• Cancellation 3-7 days before course: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 3 days: No refund

2. Equipment Returns

For diving equipment purchases:

• Unused items: 14-day return window
• Original packaging required
• Shipping costs for returns are customer's responsibility
• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable
